Eiji and Brian are the best. The whole dealership was great and supportive to me and my wife. The Manager gave me his cell phone number with a handshake and statement that if any of his employees did not treat us right to call him 24/7. What a fine dealership.

Excellent rapport with consumer. Friendly and accommodating. Knowledge of automobiles was excellent and follow through was great. Made me want to continue my relationship with the dealership.

I have done business with Round Rock Hyundai for over 3 years and found them to be a most creditable car dealership in the area. Their prices, service, sales and overall support a really customer friendly and effecient team. In particular Brian Trice who helped me exchange my existing Hyundai Sonarta Limited vehicle for a new Hyundai Santa Fe Limited on a extremely advantagous leasing contract. His patience, knowledge and help with many minor details as well as the major ones impressed me. I have no hesitation in throughly recommending him and the whol Round Rock Hyundai staff as the most friendly, helpful and cost effective car dealership in the area. John Marshman

I have experienced excellent business relationship with Hyundai Round Rock Dealership since 2008.
Every member of their team from sales, finance and vehicle servicing have treated me with the upmost positive help, advice and courtesy.
Buying, trading in and regular vehicle maintenance service has been simple, honest and completely hassle free.
Their quality of work, friendliness, customer service, prices and overall experience is second to none!
Any will have to go a long way to find another car dealership to beat this Hyundai Round Rock Team.
They are a credit to the Hyundai manufacturer and with its extended warranty and support.
Very well - keep it up.

My wife and I had done a lot of research on the Internet while we were thinking of purchasing a new car. We were pleased on the reviews of the 2012 Hyundai Tucson.
We stopped in at Round Rock Hyundai and were greeted by Jeff Karnes. Jeff showed us several other models and then showed us a 2012 Tucson. The test drive convinced us that we had been correct in our thoughts on the Hyundai Tucson.
We went in to Jeff's office and waited as they worked on an offer for our trade in. Jeff came back with their trade offer. With out either my wife or I saying anything, Jeff showed us the dealership's selling price on the Tucson which was $1,200 lower than the sticker price.
No back and forth like so many car deals we had done. No pressure whatsoever. We told Jeff that he had a deal and he began checking the state wide inventory of Tucsons in order to find the color we wanted.
He found it and we returned in a day to sign all the paperwork and collect our new car!
Of course, the last part of this buying experience was a visit to the dreaded Finance Managers office. This is usually the part where they shut the door and hold you hostage until you agree to purchase the lifetime oil change program, the upholstery guard package, the insurance and that old favorite, the true coat undercarriage protection deal. You then sign all of the hundreds of various documents they keep handing you and finally escape and flee the dealership in your new car that has no gas in it.
Well, to be honest, the Finance Manager, James Barnett, was the easiest finance manager we ever delt with. No pressure, no additional products were ever mentioned.
To sum it up this auto transaction was the nicest, most professional car buying experience ever. Jeff, James and all the staff at Round Rock Hyundai are awesome.

Even though I am 37 years old, this was my very first car buying experience. I was nervous going into it, but I quickly relaxed when I contacted Round Rock Hyundai. Not only was it not painful, the entire experience was wonderful and exciting! This had everything to do with Eiji, one of the associates at that site. From the beginning I never felt pressured, and he talked to me like a person, not a paycheck. I got a great deal on the EXACT Elantra that I wanted, and I truly feel that Eiji did everything he could to save me money. You cannot go wrong with Eiji Evans.

Onewing - Nov 26, 2011First, I think it would be reasonable to assume that most Google readers will be going through online sales reps/contacts. Via the Hyundai website or Edmunds or Yahoo, you can get referred to the Internet Sales people at RR Hyundai. From what I can gather, as of this posting, this will put you in touch with either Eiji Evans or the rep that I worked with, Brian Trice. You can also get in contact with Southpoint Hyundai through those websites. You will find a much, much different tone in your email correspondence with them compared to RR Hyundai. Brian's understanding, tone, attitude, and overall ease to work with made me choose to purchase my Elantra from RR Hyundai instead of taking a $500 cheaper offer from Southpoint. (Ok, location an inventory had a lot to do with it, too, but I just like the way that it sounds to say that Brian's level of service was worth $500 bucks to me.) Cannot complain at all. Now, I can't speak for the service department yet, but the sales experience was way better than I could have hoped.
MrsWB - Nov 1, 2011 My experience at Round Rock Hyundai was above and beyond excellent. This was my first time buying a car - so I was warned by friends and family to beware of all car salesmen - but Aaron Hargrove was professional and honest about everything. They did not have the exact Genesis Coupe that I wanted (there were only 5 black Genesis Coupes in the state of Texas) so they worked hard to get the exact car I wanted within two days. Jason, the finance manager, also worked with me and showed me all of my options. He even gave me recommendations on which insurance policies I should look into(i.e. GAP). I really felt like royalty when I picked up my new car - everyone at the dealership asked me if I was excited about my new Genesis Coupe. Aaron even took the time to show me all the features of my car again and even helped me set up the Bluetooth on my phone so I can talk hands-free in my car! My ... was above and beyond excellent. I would recommended Round Rock Hyundai to all my friends and family - they have earned a Hyundai customer for life! Eric - Oct 6, 2011
Great stuff, friendly sale staff and personable finance people made purchasing my first car a pleasant experience.
"When we were stranded on the side of the road and needed a new car, we were able to be in and out fairly quickly. There was no need to hassle with the price of the vehicle, it was fair. Most people in that situation would feel they were getting taken advantage of, and at other places they might have been, but I didn't leave there feeling anything but happy with our purchase." Teresa B. 4/17/2010
"My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect by every one associated with the Round Rock gtoup of dealers." Maurice C. 4/16/2010
"I love my new Hyundai, this is my second Hyundai and my parents have purchased four. I was in an accident in a Santa Fe where we were inpacted in the front and rear leaving the car 4 feet shorter. All four of us walked away with only bruises. I will be a Hyndai owner for life." Ann R. 4/14/2010
"Best selection of the model I was interested in. Chris Dunn was friendly, relatively low pressure, good-natured, and comfortable to work with." Cassandra D. 4/13/2010
"found out through friend and the Costco autosave program." Douglas B 4/10/2010
"Our sales person Yakila is the absoulte BEST!! Yakila was so knowledgable, he knew everything about our new Genesis, he didn't skip a beat going through our tour: 360 degrees around the car." Louise M. 4/07/2010

My wife and I were very please with our car buying experience and our salesman Charles was outstanding. We have never felt more comfortable while purchasing a new vehicle. Gary May 24,2010.
My Salesperson, Bo Lusher was really good to deal with and made us feel comfortable. He was interested in helping and took us on many test drives to find just the right vehicle for me and my partner. Mark May 18,2010.
Great, friendly, helpful people. Ken May 17, 2010.
